Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and send them to our quality control center using a trackable shipping service.

  Inspection and Resolution

  Once received, our tailors will inspect the garment, and we will process your refund, store credit, or alteration request within 7-10 business days.
